Seamless Delivery Experience

Delivery Conditions
- In the absence of a service lift, delivery will be made only to the ground floor.
- Delivery to upper floors can be arranged upon request, subject to additional charges per floor.
Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery time is 4 to 10 days.
- Delivery timelines mentioned are approximate and may vary depending on order volume and location.
- Delays may occur during festive seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In such situations, our team will keep you informed with regular updates.
Order Holding Policy
- If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, the order will be held at the nearest hub for up to 5 days.
- After this period, Woodenya reserves the right to apply storage charges or cancel the order.
Warranty Assurance
At Woodenya, we take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship. This product comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering:
- Manufacturing defects
- Inherent termite and borer issues
For upholstered products, the warranty covers:
- Internal frame
- Padding
- Functional mechanisms (if applicable)
Exclusions from Warranty
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Natural wear and tear over time
- Minor cuts, scratches, or damage due to improper handling or cleaning
- Issues arising from incorrect installation or self-assembly
- Damage caused by shifting, relocation, or external impact
- Fading or discoloration due to prolonged exposure to sunlight
- Wood damage due to continuous exposure to water or moisture
- Upholstery materials such as fabrics and seat covers
- Use of harsh chemicals or non-recommended cleaning methods
- Minor unevenness up to 5 mm, which is acceptable as per industry standards
