At Woodenya, we aim to provide a smooth and convenient setup experience for our customers. Our goal is to ensure that your furniture is installed properly and ready for use without any hassle.
Assembly Services
- Selected products may require basic assembly upon delivery.
- Assembly requirements will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
- For eligible products, assembly support will be provided by our team or authorized delivery partners.
Customer Self-Assembly
- Some products are designed for easy self-assembly and will be delivered with all necessary fittings and instructions.
- Customers are advised to carefully follow the provided guidelines during installation.
- Woodenya will not be responsible for any damage caused due to incorrect self-assembly.
Installation Guidelines
- Ensure adequate space and proper access at the delivery location before installation.
- Any product modification or installation in unsuitable conditions may affect durability and warranty.
- For wall-mounted or fixed products, installation should be done only on strong and suitable surfaces.
Pre-Installation Preparation
- Ensure the installation area is clean, spacious, and easily accessible before our team arrives.
- Remove any obstacles or fragile items nearby for safe assembly.
- Ensure proper lighting at the installation site for accurate setup.
Inspection at Delivery
- Customers are advised to inspect the product at the time of delivery.
- Any visible damage or missing parts should be reported immediately to the delivery team.
- Signing the delivery confirmation indicates that the product has been received in good condition.
Third-Party Assembly Disclaimer
- Any assembly or installation done by unauthorized third-party technicians will void applicable service support.
- Woodenya will not be responsible for damages caused by external or unverified service providers.
Wall-Mounted Installations
- Ensure the wall is strong and suitable (concrete/solid wall recommended).
- Installation on weak surfaces like hollow walls or partitions is not advised.
- Damage caused due to unsuitable wall conditions will not be covered.
Additional Charges
- Installation services (if not included with the product) may be available at an additional cost, depending on the product type and location.
- In case of upper-floor delivery without a lift, extra charges may apply for handling and installation.
Delays & Scheduling
- Installation (if applicable) will be scheduled based on the availability of service personnel.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but our team will keep you informed.
Rescheduling Policy
- Customers may request to reschedule installation with prior notice.
- Repeated rescheduling or missed appointments may result in additional service charges.
Post-Installation Responsibility
- Once installation is completed and approved, any further adjustments or relocation may be chargeable.
- Customers are advised not to alter or dismantle the product without proper guidance.
Important Note
Any damage caused during or after installation due to customer negligence, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications will not be covered under warranty.
