Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused and in its original condition with packaging
- An unboxing video or clear images may be required for verification
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (due to screen settings or natural materials)
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation
- Customized or made-to-order products
Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
- Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup (if applicable)
- The product will undergo inspection before approval of return or refund
- Pickup service may depend on service availability in your location
Refund Policy
- Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method
- Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days after approval
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be required to provide bank details for refund processing
- In case of partial damage or issues, partial refunds may be considered based on evaluation
Replacement Policy
- Eligible products may be offered a replacement instead of a refund, depending on availability
- Replacement will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection
- In case the same product is unavailable, an alternative product or refund option may be provided
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible or may include applicable charges
- Refund for cancelled orders (if prepaid) will be processed as per standard timelines

- Customers are advised to check the product at the time of delivery
- Any issue must be reported within the specified time frame (48 hours)
